The equipment has high precision, the plane height between the molds can reach 0.01mm, and the product thickness tolerance can reach ±0.01mm. It adopts a vertical winding method, and multiple groups of wires enter at the same time, and multiple groups of wires can be combined. Wire, automatic winding, automatic cutting, automatic cutting, is the leading winding equipment for wireless charging at home and abroad.
The winding machine of this equipment adopts an advanced CNC motion controller. The motion controller can perform high-precision linear positioning, arc interpolation positioning, and the program can be customized according to different product requirements.
